The goal of the Gonstead practitioner is to “do the least to achieve the most” for each patient. The Gonstead Chiropractor is skilled in a precise method of spinal analysis and treatment to achieve these outcomes. The Gonstead Method of Chiropractic was developed in the USA by Clarence S. Gonstead who graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1923.

The Gonstead Method focuses on being as specific as possible with the examination and treatment of subluxation by a Chiropractor. The examination carried out by a Chiropractor includes taking a detailed history, instrumentation, static and motion palpation, neurological testing and when necessary, full spine x-rays in the standing, weight bearing position. Missed Appointment and Late Cancellation Fees
Our practitioners are busy and our clinic policy is that cancellations must be made with a minimum of 12 hours notice otherwise, a late cancellation fee applies. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged at the following rate:
- Chiropractic appointments — $50;
This policy is in place to allow us time to offer your appointment to another patient in Brisbane.
We are happy to reschedule your appointments without charge, if there is no impact on the scheduling of our Chiropractor or Massage Therapist.
